Can this book be purchased as a audiobook.

This book is not yet available as an audio book. About half the book is reference material (list of food purine levels, medication information, etc.) so it might not work as an audio book.

It would be great if this site had a resources section. I came to the site hoping to find a pdf of the ‘food pyramid for gout’ (p76-77) that I could print and put on my fridge. I couldn’t find this resource here. It would be a great thing to add for the future.
