I found it so helpful in researching the treatment of my gout. I am also relieved that in the FIRST chapter you refer to our ancestors to be "swinging from trees". This actually saved me from purchasing the book. I, like the majority of society, believe in Devine Design. While this book may actually been very helpful, it's difficult to take advice from the spiritually blind. To learn so much about the body and it's delicate, miraculous form and function and not recognize you were "fearfully and wonderfully made" is puzzling.
